The 48th Annual General Meeting of the Malaysian Medical Association has just been concluded at the Damai Puri Resort and Spa, Kuching, from 29th May to 1st June 2008.
About 220 delegates were present, together with spouses and family, about 300 odd people were present to make the occasion a successful one!

The unfortunate downpour did not interrupt the entertainment during the Informal Night!
After the formal functions were out of the way, the President was happy, and enjoying Tuak (Dayak rice wine)!
The majority of delegates were happy with the conduct of the AGM. There were of course some hiccups, and some unhappiness, but it would be impossible to satisfy everyone, in a function of this size.
If there is any mistake, if any fellow member feels aggrieved, the organising Committee would like to apologise, it is certainly not intentional, and we have given our best to ensure the smooth running of the AGM.
