Rooms will be confirmed booked on receipt of your Registration Form and payment, on a First-come, First-served basis. If we do not have the category of room(s) or hotel that you requested, we will contact you for your decision about alternatives.
It is expected that the supply for rooms will be tight, being peak school holidays season, and the likely large turnout for this AGM in view of current developments in our Association.
The rates for the 2 hotels are as follows:

- Executive Room: RM 325
Holiday Inn Damai Beach Resort (10-15 minutes walk)
- Standard Balcony/Superior Poolside room: RM 275
- Chalet/Seaview Deluxe Room: RM 325
